| Gregg123 sent me pics of his great Splitfire holster! Here's
what he had to say:
The Splitfire. It's one hell of a sidearm. However, no sidearm is complete
without a good holster! Here's mine. A lot of people have made holsters
similar to this one, but there aren't many pics of 'em.

Cut some thick wire from a coat hanger and shape it to fit around the top
corner of the gun.

Wrap it in duct tape.

Now, grab some thin cloth and put it on the inside of the wire (always keep
the holster on the gun when making it). Apply duct tape.

Put a bit of cardboard on each side of the holster, and duct tape the pieces
down.

No, you're not done yet. Well, if you don't care about the pump wiggling
around and coming out when you run, then it's done. But if you want it to
stay still, then no, you're not done (work harder!). Cut some more wire and
shape it so it can just sort of hang off the end of the holster, as shown.

And cut a bit of cardboard to go with it, and duct tape 'em on!

If the tab rattles a little, reienforce it with some hot glue, and
wallah! You're done. Now you just need to make a harness for it. I'll send Yakman
some pics of my harness once I'm done.
There.
Thanks,
Gregg
Thanks Gregg! They are great pics. I envy him his camera. The
pics were 2.2 mb as he sent them to me :). The res was
1280x1024--a lot better than my camera. I'm still awaiting info
on his harness, and I look forward to seeing it!
